Shipping

• All items ship fully insured via tracked courier (FedEx / DHL).
• Orders are packed within 3 business days of cleared payment.
• Domestic (US) delivery: 2–4 business days. International: 5–10 business days, customs depending.
• Shipping is quoted after the order is placed based on destination, weight, and declared value.
• The buyer is responsible for any import duties or VAT at destination.

Inspection period

Every order ships with a 30-day inspection period from the day of delivery. Returns within that window are accepted only for a valid legal reason — material misdescription of fact, or undisclosed damage present on dispatch. Items must be returned in the same condition, with the original packaging. No returns are accepted after 30 days, for any reason.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through the same payment channel used at checkout (PayPal or Venmo) within 3 business days of the returned item arriving. We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the outer box and the item before unpacking further, and contact us within 48 hours. Insurance claims require those photographs.
